The Cellars
Recchia’s wine cellar combines tradition and innovation to produce high-quality Valpolicella wines. The process begins with meticulous hand-harvesting, selecting the best grapes for specialties like Amarone and Recioto, followed by drying and fermentation in modern facilities. Their winery spans five levels, each dedicated to specific production stages, including underground cellars where wines age in oak barrels.

Advanced bottling facilities allow Recchia to oversee every step of production, ensuring quality and authenticity. Visitors are welcomed to explore the cellar, reflecting Recchia's respect for tradition and commitment to excellence.
