Harvesting: Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of August

A really drinkable wine, well balanced with a pleasant fresh taste. Expecially loved by ladies. Perfect with appertizers, light dishes, ideal with eggs and vegetables. Good with cold cuts, hams, fresh cheeses and olives.

The process begins with meticulous hand-harvesting, selecting the best grapes for specialties like Amarone and Recioto, followed by drying and fermentation in modern facilities. Their winery spans five levels, each dedicated to specific production stages, including underground cellars where wines age in oak barrels.

Recchia’s vineyards lie in the heart of Valpolicella Classico, encompassing villages such as Negrar, Marano, and Fumane. These terraced vineyards, influenced by the region’s dry stone walls and Lake Garda’s favorable climate, cultivate traditional grape varieties like Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, essential for iconic wines such as Amarone and Recioto.
